About the Host
"The solitude and space to breathe became not just something we enjoyed, but something we wanted to share."
My family had a second home in Joshua Tree for years before we truly lived there. When Covid arrived, we decamped to Wonder Valley full time — and it changed everything. We'd always loved visiting, but actually living in the open desert was a revelation. Each day brought something new: sunrises and sunsets that demanded your attention, desert wildlife, colors that exist nowhere else.
My background is real estate. I spent years working with investors on multi-family buildings before falling in love with a different kind of property — the kind with a story, a setting, an irreplaceable sense of place. Rural properties. Wine country estates. High desert compounds. The kind of places that don't just provide shelter but actually change the way you feel when you're in them.
That pivot led me to Healdsburg, where I now work with clients acquiring some of Sonoma County's most exceptional homes — properties whose value comes not from square footage but from location, character, and provenance. The same instinct that drew me to Wonder Valley drew me to Sonoma County — landscapes where the land, location, and history are the high-value amenities.
I host because I believe these places deserve guests who will appreciate them. I hope you're one of them.
