These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to healdsburgstays.com (the "Site"), operated by Wonder Valley Group, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this site is
The Site presents three vacation rentals — Creekfront and Casa de Lucca in Healdsburg, California, and Wonder Valley Ranch in Twentynine Palms, California — and lets prospective guests submit an inquiry. The Site is informational; submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation, lease, or contract. A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation and you complete any payment and signed-rental-agreement steps required.
Property descriptions, rates, and availability
We make a reasonable effort to keep property descriptions, photographs, amenity lists, rates, and availability accurate, but they are subject to change without notice. Final terms — including the nightly rate, fees, taxes, dates, occupancy limits, cancellation policy, and house rules — will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. In the event of any inconsistency between Site content and your booking confirmation, the booking confirmation controls.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized inquiries
- Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content, or interfere with the Site's operation
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate others
- Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by Wonder Valley Group, LLC or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services for analytics (Vercel) and form handling (Formspree), and may link to external sites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete, current, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Valley Group, LLC and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
